Text messaging program

By providing your mobile phone number to ASME Holdings LLC on a rental application, lease, vendor onboarding form, or verbally, and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive account-related SMS text messages from ASME Holdings LLC.

What you'll receive

Transactional account notifications: rent payment receipts and reminders, maintenance and work-order updates, lease and showing notices, and vendor job alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Frequency, rates, opt-out

Message frequency varies (approximately 1–5 messages per month per recipient). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting from or doing business with ASME Holdings LLC.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

Privacy

Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
