SMS Text Messaging Terms & Opt-In

Program description

ASME Property Management sends account and service text messages to its own residential rental tenants, applicants, and maintenance vendors. Messages include rent reminders and payment receipts, lease and application status updates, maintenance and work-order updates, property showing confirmations, and two-way customer-care replies. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages on ASME's rental application, residential lease agreement, or vendor onboarding form, each of which contains SMS consent language. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting from or doing business with ASME. After opting out, you can text START to (904) 479-8510 to resubscribe.

• “ASME Property Mgmt: Reminder that rent of $1,250 for 868 Bunker Hill Blvd is due on the 27th. Pay: https://app.asmehomes.com/pay — Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• “ASME Property Mgmt: New maintenance job at 868 Bunker Hill Blvd — leaking faucet. View & accept: https://app.asmehomes.com/v/abc123 — Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “ASME Property Mgmt: Confirming your showing on Thu 7/2 at 3:00 PM. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Frequency, rates, and opt-out

Message frequency varies (approximately 1–5 messages per month per recipient). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for help, or contact us at (904) 479-8510.

Privacy
