Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, contact details (including mobile phone number), and information on rental applications, leases, and vendor onboarding forms — and account activity needed to manage your tenancy or vendor relationship.

Text messaging (SMS)

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or any information collected as part of our SMS program, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the account notifications you have agreed to receive.

Message frequency varies (approximately 1–5 messages per month per recipient). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your tenancy, application, or vendor relationship.

How we use your information

To send rent receipts and reminders, maintenance and work-order updates, lease and showing notices, vendor job alerts, and other account-related communications; and to operate and improve our property-management services.

How we protect it
